Q : How can I switch from a mode to a pen in the other ?
A : By tapping on the back of the pen with your finger, you pass the pen mode iPad (light green) mode Capacitive (light blue).

Q: What do the lights of different colors ?
R : In use-
Green light : fashion iPad
Blue light : device Mode capacitive

When loading \u2013
Red light constant : Loading
Flashing green light : Low load
*The light will turn off when the pen is finished loading.

Q: How to replace the tip ?
A : To remove the cap, unscrew it in the opposite direction of the needles of a watch. Place the tip vertically, to the top. Remove the old tip, then insert the new tip into the pen body. Replace the tip in the direction of the needles of a watch to fix it.

Q:Why can't I connect my ViewStylus ACP501 to my iPad ?
R : It is possible that your iPad is paired with a different stylus (Apple Pencil or other stylus). Please go into the settings and log out by pressing the ""Forget this device" on your iPad. Your ViewStylus does not need to be paired, but make sure you select the correct mode (green light for iPad, blue light for the other touch-screen devices).

Q: How long is the ACP501 does it take to load ?
R : A full charge takes about 1.5 hour from 0 %, and will last up to 11.5 hours in constant use.
*Note* A charge of 10 minutes is all it takes for about 1 hour of use.<\/p>
